Children’s Dream Adventures is happy to announce an amazing life changing program that provides inexpensive braces for children who qualify from SmilesChangeLives.org and our partner iFoster!

Children applying for the orthodontic program must meet the qualifications noted below and be motivated to follow the assigned orthodontist’s treatment plan, which averages between 20 and 36 months.

Qualifications:

Be 7-18 years of age;
Have “good” oral hygiene and no unfilled cavities;
Have a moderate to severe need for braces;
Not be wearing braces currently;

*Family must meet the SCL financial guidelines (varies by geographic location);
and
Be willing to pay the non-refundable $30 (USD) application fee and the non-refundable $650 (USD) required financial investment (per child).

*Foster families do not need to submit proof of income but will need to meet all other qualifications.

*Foster families will also have to create a free iFoster account and list iFoster as the referring agency on the Smiles Changes Lives application.

*Please list Children’s Dream Adventures as the referring agency when registering with iFoster.
